What a great workout! I tend to get bored with my workout routine and with Blackhawk, it is something new everyday, which I love. The instructors are both tough and motivational at the same time and continually push me to do the best I can. With a continuously running clock, do one Burpee the first minute, two Burpees the second minute, three Burpees the third minute, and so on until not all of the burpees can be completed in the ONE MINUTE time frame.
